Payment Terms
A non refundable deposit of 50% is required prior to any Service of more than seven (7) days with the balance payable within seven (7) days of return of the Client. Full payment for Services must be received within seven (7) days of the Client’s return.
Dishonoured cheques will attract a fee of $20 per cheque.
House sitting cancellations: Full payment of house sitting booking is required if less than twenty one (21) days notice is given of cancellation of booking.

Your privacy and pets’ safety and wellbeing are a prime concern to us.
The safety of our staff is of utmost importance to us.
It is highly recommended that all pets are microchipped and wear properly fitted collars with an identification tag in your absence.
Third party bills paid for by carer will be included in your bill.
